I was a little iffy when I was told that I would have an opportunity to take The 24 Hour Cascade Challenge. For this challenge P&G provided me with the Cascade Complete All-in-1 ActionPac Kit, 6 trial packs, information, and a$15 Walmart gift card to giveaway through MyBlogSpark.. My challenge was to,
1. Bake a blueberry cobbler. And of course enjoy!
2. Set the empty baking dish out for 24 hours.
3. Without rinsing, put it in the dishwasher with a Cascade Complete All- in – 1 ActionPac.
Why was this so iffy for me? While growing up and doing the dishes after family dinners, I was always reminded to rinse the dish before putting it in the dishwasher. If I didn’t then when the dishes were done there would still be leftovers on the plates. Who wants to do the dishes again after doing them once already? Not me so I ALWAYS rinse before.
Against my better judgement, I baked a blackberry casserole (b/c we don’t eat blueberry casserole LOL) and we enjoys every bit with a little vanilla ice cream on top. Yum it was good. Here came the next part. I had to leave the baked leftover dish out for 24 hours. I covered it with tin foil so that we didn’t have any unexpected rodents come to also enjoy the cobbler and set it aside for 24 hours. The next day there were no seen rodents and the dish was still dirty so on to the next task, wash without rinsing! I kept checking the dishwasher to see if it was done just so I could check how the detergent did. I waited and waited and waited!
The better part to this story is that the challenge change my mind about dish detergents. The Cascade All -in – 1 ActionPac worked and the dish was totally clean! WOOHOOO!
Now we want you to take the challenge so his giveaway was provided by P & G through MyBlogSpark. One winner will receive a $15 gift card to Walmart so that they can purchase the Cascade Complete All-in-1 ActionPac. Click here to enter this giveaway!
